A Famitsu divulgou os dados estimados de vendas físicas de jogos no Japão referentes ao período de 15 a 21 de setembro de 2025. O grande destaque foi a estreia de Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter, que vendeu 21.511 cópias no PlayStation 5 e 21.453 no Nintendo Switch, totalizando 42.964 unidades em sua semana de lançamento.
Outros lançamentos também marcaram presença no ranking. A versão de Switch de Castlevania Dominus Collection estreou com 9.503 cópias vendidas, enquanto The Quintessential Princesses: Fantasy, the Abyss, and the Magic Academy, também para Switch, alcançou 5.077 cópias. Já títulos como Towa and the Guardians of the Sacred Tree e Class of Heroes 1 2 3 Remaster Collection não conseguiram entrar no top 10.
No setor de hardware, o Switch 2 manteve a liderança com 40.711 unidades vendidas. A família Switch somou ainda 16.612 vendas, seguida pelo PlayStation 5 com 8.384, o Xbox Series com 395 e o PlayStation 4 com apenas 18 unidades.
